Shipping:
Shortees is proud to use U.S. Postal Service Priority Shipping. Currently shipping is only available to valid addresses in the United States. Orders are shipped Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Product and Size Information:
Shortees shirts come in two lengths, 25 inches and 26.5 inches. If you
are under 5'6" try the 25 inch length; if you're between 5'6" and 5'8"
go with the 26.5 inch length. If you are under 5'6" and like a slightly
longer look you'll do great with the 26.5 shirt.
What size should you order? Shortees recommends that you order the
same size t-shirt that you currently wear to fit your torso. If you
wear large, order a large, if you wear medium order a medium. Length is
chosen separately; either 25 or 26.5 inches.
Returns:
Shortees is committed to providing exceptional customer service. If you are not happy with your shirt, return it to us within 30 days and we will provide you with an exchange, refund or credit.
While we're happy to accept returns, all returns do need to be unworn and unwashed. If you have obviously worn the shirt or washed it, we will be unable to accept it as a return. It is the customer's responsibility to cover the cost of shipping returned items. The original cost of shipping is also non-refundable.
Please include your original invoice with the returned item(s). In addition, please download the Return Form and include it with your return. Please be sure to indicate if you would like a refund, exchange or credit, and why you are returning the item. All returns must include your name, address, email, order number and the item number/name of all returned items. If you do not have this information please contact customer service at customerservice@originalshortees.com and we will be happy to provide your order information to you.

Please note that this is not our corporate address and only the address for processing returns. Any other mail sent to this address will not be received by Shortees.
Submitting Designs:
Many of our best ideas come from our customers, so if you've got a great design, we want to see it. If we love it and think the rest of the Shortees community will as well, we'll pay you $250. Show us what you can do!

Have a great picture of yourself or a friend in a Shortees shirt? Send it along to pictures@originalshortees.com and you might make it up on the website.
